If you are interested to become RMS franchisee, RMS will send you the application forms to you Online which consists of

• RMS Agreement
• IRCTC Application form ( for Railway tickets authorization)
• GNFC Application ( for class 3 individual digital certificate* )
• Check list ( identity proof, address proof, photographs, bank account details, Franchisee fee)
• Payment details ( franchisee fee)
• 2 Passport Size Color Photographs

*class 3 individual digital certificate is mandatory to issue railway tickets at your place as per the government regulations.

Franchisee fee

Option 1

Franchisee Fee – Rs 4990/- for one year (Non Refundable)

(Excluding mobile recharge and Dish TV renewals. you can use this sevice on paying an additional amount of Rs 500/- apart from the franchisee fee.)

Renewal Fee     –  Rs 1190/- per annum (Non Refundable)

Option 2

Franchisee Fee – Rs 9990/- (one time fee – Non Refundable)

Renewal Fee    –  Nill.

Franchisee fee/renewal fee includes cost of the class 3 individual digital certificate and to become IRCTC authorized ticket issuing agent.

Note:Filled applications along with franchisee fee can be submitted to our authorized executive or couriered to our Registered Office(Hyderabad) address.

  Get Authorized

Soon we receive your application farms along with franchisee fee, you will get an authorization from us to provide value added services to your customers as fallows. Confirmation mail and courier will be sent to you to start your services.

• After submission of your application along with class 3 individual digital certificate , address proof and identity proof to the IRCTC, with in 10 –15 days IRCTC will process your application and authorize you to issue train tickets.
• IRCTC will send authorization certificate to your postal address.
